CITY COUNCIL AGENDA ITEM 6B <br /> STAFF ORIGINATOR: Kelsey Gelhar, Assistant City Engineer <br /> MEETING DATE: October 25, 2021 TOPIC: Consider Resolution No. 21-125, Adopting Assessments, Watermark <br />Surface Water Management Fee <br /> VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 Vote Required <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> Staff is requesting City Council consideration to adopt assessments for the Watermark Surface Water Management Fee pursuant to the Master Development Agreement for the project. BACKGROUND <br /> The City Council approved the Development Agreement for Watermark on March 7th, 2019. The Agreement provides for the assessment of surface water fees. <br />The total amount to be assessed for the Watermark Surface Water Management Fee is $822,275.82. <br />In the above referenced Development Agreement, the developer has waived any and all procedural and substantive objections to the special assessments. The developer has reviewed and approved the assessments. Attached is the proposed assessment roll. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION Staff is recommending approval of Resolution No. 21-125, Adopting Assessments, Watermark Surface Water Management Fee. <br /> ATTACHMENTS 1.
