CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.21-127 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHROIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF DELINQUENT WATER <br /> AND SEWER UTILITY CHARGES FOR COLLECTION WITH 2O21 PROPERTY <br /> TAXES PAYABLE IN 2022 <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to City Code Section 401.30 and Section 402.14, Subd. 6, the Accounting <br /> Clerk I has prepared a list of properties having delinquent water and sewer charges to be certified <br /> to the Anoka County Auditor for collection with 2021 property taxes,payable in 2022, and <br /> WHEREAS, notice of such certification was mailed to effected property owners, and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council has met to consider the certification of such delinquent water and <br /> sewer charges. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br /> the Clerk is hereby authorized to certify the delinquent water and sewer charges as indicated on <br /> the attached listing to the Anoka County Auditor to be collected with the 2021 property taxes, <br /> payable in 2022 at an interest rate of 8.00%per annum. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of October, 2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoeszand upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof.
