CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-134 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />CRJ/CSAH 49 (HODGSON ROAD) TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Northdale <br />Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of $1,233,340.71, on November 8, 2021 ; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br />services for the CRJ/CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road) Trunk Utility Improvements in the amount of <br />$68,265.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />the construction oversight and administration, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br />of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of CRJ/CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road) Trunk <br />Utility Improvements. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of November, 2021. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
