CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 21-117 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE 2022 STREET REHABLITATION PROJECT WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2022 Street Rehabilitation Project: Mill and Overlay (approximately 1.5 miles) – West Shadow Lake Drive (from Birch Street to Fox Road), Painted Turtle Road (from West Shadow Lake Drive to Hawthorn Road), Hawthorn Road, Hickory Place, Ironwood Circle, River Birch Place (West Shadow Lake Drive east to the cul-de-sac), White Owl Drive, Fox Circle, and Fox Road (West Shadow Lake Drive west to the cul-de-sac). Including water system repairs. Thin Overlay (approximately 3.2 miles) – Rondeau Lake Road W (from Main Street to the northern city limits), 81st Street W (from Rondeau Lake Road W to the cul-de-sac), and Rondeau Lake Road E (from Main Street to the northern city limits). WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and specifications. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: 1. Authorizes the Preparation of the Plans and Specifications for the 2022 Street Rehabilitation Project. 2. WSB is designated as the engineer for this improvement and directed to prepare plans and specifications for the 2022 Street Rehabilitation Project for an amount not to exceed $64, 416.00. Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of November, 2021.
