The local streets designated for rehabilitation <br />were determined by their OCI ratings established in the City’s Pavement Management <br />Study. A summary of the project scope is described as follows: <br /> <br />Mill and Overlay (approximately 1.5 miles) – West Shadow Lake Drive (from Birch <br />Street to Fox Road), Painted Turtle Road (from West Shadow Lake Drive to <br />Hawthorn Road), Hawthorn Road, Hickory Place, Ironwood Circle, River Birch <br />Place (West Shadow Lake Drive east to the cul-de-sac), White Owl Drive, Fox <br />Circle, and Fox Road (West Shadow Lake Drive west to the cul-de-sac). Including <br />water system repairs. <br /> <br />Thin Overlay (approximately 3.2 miles) – Rondeau Lake Road W (from Main Street <br />to the northern city limits), 81st Street W (from Rondeau Lake Road W to the cul-de- <br />sac), and Rondeau Lake Road E (from Main Street to the northern city limits). <br /> <br />Project scope also includes curb and gutter replacement as necessary, gate valve bolt <br />replacement, and water service repair. West Shadow Lake Drive is a State Aid route. <br />Based on the project scope, WSB would perform the following tasks: <br /> <br /> <br />I. Prepare Final Project Plans/Maps <br />Final construction plans and/or maps will be prepared indicating the <br />project locations and plan view sheets for the areas to be milled and <br />overlaid. Base drawing information will include GSOC design locates, <br />curb inspection, city parcel map information and record plans. Surveyed <br />topographic information has not been included based on project scope. <br /> <br />II. Final Quantities <br />An Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Cost will be completed on the final <br />construction plans and maps. <br /> <br />III. Prepare Permits, Specifications and Bidding Documents <br />WSB will assist the City in preparing permit application(s) and/or approval <br />requests and will assist the City with submitting the applications/approval
