CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.21-128 <br /> RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE RECORDING DATE FOR THE <br /> PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT OF NATURES REFUGE <br /> WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by Minnesota Statutes and City of Lino <br /> Lakes ordinances; and <br /> WHEREAS,the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat for Natures Refuge was approved by the City <br /> Council on September 14, 2020 with Resolution No. 20-81; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City's Subdivision Ordinance Section 1001.059(3) states the developer shall <br /> record the plat within 90 days after the date of approval, otherwise the approval of the final plat <br /> shall be considered void, unless the developer requests and receives an extension from the City <br /> Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 14, 2020,the City Council passed Resolution No. 20-161 extending <br /> the original recording date for the final plat of Natures Refuge to March 13, 2021; and <br /> WHEREAS, on March 22, 2021,the City Council passed Resolution No. 21-24 extending the <br /> recording date again to June 11, 2021; and <br /> WHEREAS, on June 14, 2021,the City Council passed Resolution No. 21-54 extending the <br /> recording date again to September 12, 2021; and <br /> WHEREAS, on August 23, 2021,the City Council passed Resolution No. 21-88 extending the <br /> recording date again to December 11,2021; and <br /> WHEREAS,the property owner,Preferred Properties and Management, Inc. has requested <br /> another 90 day extension to record the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that <br /> the recording date deadline for the PUD Final Plan/Final Plat and related documents for Natures <br /> Refuge has been extended to March 11, 2022. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8t'day of November, 2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Cavegn, SToesz, Lyden, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same:None (Absent-Ruhland) <br /> RSAaffarty, M yor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 1 <br />
