CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.21-134 <br /> APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br /> CRJ/CSAH 49 (HODGSON ROAD)TRUNK UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS,pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Northdale <br /> Construction Company, Inc. in the amount of$1,233,340.71, on November 8, 2021 ; and <br /> WHEREAS,WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to complete the construction <br /> services for the CRJ/CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road) Trunk Utility Improvements in the amount of <br /> $68,265.00; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br /> the construction oversight and administration, <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes,the <br /> Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with WSB, in the name <br /> of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction services of CRJ/CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road) Trunk <br /> Utility Improvements. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8ffi day of November, 2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br /> following voted in favor thereof.
