Open Space Landscape standard trees must be calculated per <br />outlot/segment of open space, and not calculated as a total for the <br />entire development. In other words, existing trees in Outlot A will <br />not satisfy tree requirements for Outlot B, etc. Open space trees <br />are still required for Outlots B, E, and F. <br />Updated OK <br /> <br />2. Outlot C is a future right-of-way and will not require trees and <br />shrubs, but area must be seeded. <br />Noted OK <br /> <br />3. Outlot D will not require trees and shrubs because lots in this <br />area are going to be expanded to eliminate this outlot. <br />Noted OK <br /> <br />4. Staff will work with developer to increase within-block diversity of <br />boulevard trees. Ultimately, City staff will select species and <br />placement for boulevard trees.
