Item 1 was deleted from the agenda prior to the meeting. 20 <br />2. Nadeau Acres – City Planner Larsen reviewed a PowerPoint presentation 21 <br />including information on the following: 22 <br />- Review of Rezoning and Preliminary Plats in March; 23 <br />- Questions on rezoning, future park development and stormwater management; 24 <br />revised plans have been submitted; 25 <br />- Review of Original Preliminary Plat; 26 <br />- Review of Zoning Requirements; 27 <br />- Rezoning from Rural to Single Family Residential; 28 <br />- Guided to low density; 29 <br />- Staff encouraged R-1 (Single Family Residential) based on locale and future 30 <br />consideration; 31 <br />- Physical characteristics of the site; 32 <br />- Future park (not in Nadeau Acres) and where that is planned; 33 <br />- Drainage summary – stormwater management plan (what’s included, what’s 34 <br />considered, design); Plan has been reviewed by City and Rice Creek Watershed 35 <br />District; 36 <br />- A map showing the original stormwater management plan; 37 <br />- A map and information on the revised stormwater management plan; 38 <br />- The watershed district gave conditional approval to the stormwater management 39 <br />plan; 40 <br />- Adjacent property owner concerns on drainage addressed through communication; 41
