Capital Project Funds2018 Street Reconstruction fund ‐ $4,451,000 of expenditures were incurred for the West Shadow Lake Drive and LaMotte Area Street Reconstruction project.$857,000 of expenditures were expended from the Pavement Management Fund.  The costs were funded by transfers from the General Fund ($630,000) and the Water Fund ($227,000).16
