CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-66 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE GRADING AGREEMENT <br />FOR NADEAU ACRES DEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Preliminary Plat for Nadeau Acres on May 11, <br />2020, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City has reviewed the grading plans and found it to be consistent with the <br />Preliminary Plat, and the zoning and subdivision ordinance. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Grading Agreement between BL Holdings, LLC. and the City of Lino Lakes <br />for the Nadeau Acres and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of June, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
