<br />WS – #3 <br />WORK SESSION STAFF REPORT <br />Work Session Item No. 3 <br /> <br /> <br />Date: July 6, 2020 <br /> <br />To: City Council <br /> <br />From: Katie Larsen, City Planner <br /> <br />Re: Laborer’s Training Center (2350 Main Street) <br /> <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />Staff will present the following July 13, 2020 Council regular agenda items: <br /> <br />Item 6A <br /> <br />Laborer’s Training Center is proposing a 37,284 sf training facility to the east of the <br />existing facility. A conditional use permit is required for 2 or more buildings on the same <br />lot. A Site Improvement Performance Agreement is also required. <br /> <br />Item 6B <br /> <br />Related to the Laborer’s Training Center project, a portion of the Elmcrest Avenue is <br />proposed to be vacated.
