A number of systems are in place to ensure the <br />safety of your organization’s data with us. We operate in a completely remote hosted environment. This not only allows <br />us to work from any computer, anywhere, any time, but also provides large scale, cutting edge technology and security <br />for your data. Your data is housed in a secure data warehouse, not on laptops or local servers. <br />It also means: <br />All firm staff use dual authentication for every login to our remote environment <br />Our data is saved on redundant servers so if one server fails, another server immediately takes over <br />Our data is backed up continually <br />All email and embedded links are scanned for viruses prior to landing in our inbox <br />Our remote host vendor works exclusively with public accounting firms. Their client base includes approximately 300 <br />firms. They maintain a Service Organization Control 2 (SOC 2) report covering their organizational controls over <br />security, processing integrity, etc. This report is available if you’d like to review it. <br />6
