Historically <br />these types of improvements have been funded by the Municipal Bldg & Facilities Fund. With estimated lease <br />revenues of $190,000 in 2021, staff is recommending completion of the following projects: <br /> <br />2021 Bldg & Facility Improvements <br />• Fire Station #1 Remodel (Phase II) - $58,300 – Carryforward from 2020 Approved Projects <br />• Police Locker Room Renovations - $24,500 <br />• Civic Complex Boiler #1 Replacement - $85,000 <br /> <br />The Park and Trail Improvement Fund has an undesignated fund balance of approximately $264,000. The <br />proposed 2021 Budget includes a commitment of an additional $90,000 to the Park and Trail Improvement Fund. <br />Staff has prepared a brief summary of the following project for Council consideration: <br /> <br />2021 Park and Trail Improvement Fund <br />• Lino Park Improvements - $200,000 <br /> <br />151
