<br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-90 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING HVAC/PLUMBING IMPROVEMENTS <br />ELIGIBLE FOR CARES ACT FUNDING REIMBURSEMENT <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Staff has reviewed the below projects and determined that they meet the eligibility requirements <br />(necessary expenditures due to COVID-19, not accounted for in the most recently adopted budget, expenditures <br />will be incurred during the covered period of March 1 to November 15, 2020); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The projects are as follows, along with the submitted quotes: <br />➢ Install Ionization Systems at Civic Complex, Public Works, Fire Station #1, and Fire <br />Station #2 NAC-$31,000 Eagan-$33,000. <br />➢ Clean Air Duct System at Civic Complex, Public Works, and Fire Station #1 <br />(Amending existing contract approved via Resolution 20-50 on May 26, 2020 to <br />$43,700) <br />➢ Flex Duct Replacement at Civic Complex NAC-$15,200 Eagan - $16,050. <br />➢ Install Two APR Valves at Civic Complex NAC-$5,140. Eagan-$5,800. <br />➢ Install Plumbing Fixtures Modifications at Civic Complex, Fire Station #1, and Fire <br />Station #2 NAC-$43,000 Eagan-$44,250. <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby awards the above projects to NAC Mechanical and Electrical Services by a pproving Resolution 20-90. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of August, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
