<br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-94 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PUD FINAL PLAN/FINAL PLAT <br />FOR LYNGBLOMSTEN AT LINO LAKES ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City received a land use application for Lyngblomsten at Lino Lakes <br />Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat hereafter referred to as Development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed Development based on <br />the following plans and information: <br /> <br />• Revised PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat Submittal (78 plan <br />sheets) prepared by Wold Architects & Engineers, Loucks and AJA, Inc. revision <br />date August 21, 2020 <br />• PUD Final Plan/Final Plat Submittal (134 plan sheets) prepared by Wold, Loucks <br />and AJA, Inc. revision date August 21, 2020 <br />• SWPPP prepared by Anderson-Johnson Associates, Inc. dated October 4, 2019 <br />• Lyngblomsten Lino Lakes Development Access (CSAH 49 and CR J) Option 1E <br />prepared by SEH dated August 20, 2020 <br />• Revised Storm Water Management Report, prepared by Anderson-Johnson <br />Associates dated July 13, 2020 <br />• Design Guidelines prepared by Wold Architects & Engineers dated August 21, <br />2020 <br />• Exterior Elevations prepared by Wold dated August 12, 2020; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council the approved the PUD Development Stage <br />Plan/Preliminary Plat with Resolution No. 19-42 on April 8, 2019; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br />Development on August 12, 2020; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby makes the following: <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />1. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat subject to the <br />conditions listed below. <br />2. The City Attorney shall review the status of title/property ownership related to the <br />final plat prior to release of mylars. <br />3. A Development Agreement has been drafted and shall be executed.
