<br />3 <br /> <br />3. A shared private road easement agreement for the Cottage Homes and Private <br />Commercial Road shall be drafted for City review and approval. <br />4. A separate recordable Trail Easement and Exhibit shall be drafted for City review <br />and approval. <br />5. A revised SEH Transportation Corridor Concept Plan with ¾ access at CR J and <br />St. Alban Street and cost estimate breakdown shall be submitted and incorporated <br />into the plans. <br />6. Sheets C1.20-C1.22, Site Plan and all other applicable sheets: <br />a. Street names shall be shown (all private, public streets and County Roads). <br />b. Label and hatch mark trails along CSAH 49 (Hodgson Road) and CR J <br />(Ash Street). <br />7. Sheet R3.200-R3.220, Residential (Cottage Homes): <br />a. Air conditioning units shall be located in the rear yards. Please show <br />location on plan sheet. <br />8.
