Consider Resolution No. 20-82 approving Development <br />Agreement <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br />INTRODUCTION <br /> <br />This item was presented to the Council at the August 3, 2020 Work Session. The applicant <br />requested the item be removed from the August 10, 2020 Council agenda to allow more time to <br />review the Development Agreement. <br /> <br />The applicant, Preferred Builders, Inc., submitted a land use application for PUD Final <br />Plan/Final Plat for Natures Refuge. The proposed residential development is a 61 lot single <br />family conservation subdivision located north of Main Street and west of Lino Lakes <br />Elementary School.
