Anoka County requires 75 foot right of way be dedicated along Main Street (CSAH <br />14). <br />Right of way updated along Main Street. <br />75 feet of right of way provided. <br />2.The right of way shown in the Ghost Plat shall be dedicated with the Plat. <br />Ghost plat is now shown to be proposed. <br />3.Street A, at Main Street (CSAH 14), will require turn lanes and thus additional right <br />of way. Turn lanes added. No further Right of Way required. <br />4.Lot 25 Block 1 shall have a 20 foot drainage and utility easement for watermain <br />looped connection. Easement added. <br />5.Lot 5 Block 1 shall be chamfered at the northeast corner to accommodate future <br />access to Pond 100.
