Greenway corridor should be established through the site. <br /> <br />2. Consider restoring wetland hydrology and vegetation on the site. <br /> <br />3. Clarify proposed wetland buffer widths and total buffer area. <br /> <br />4. Wetland buffers should have a minimum width of 25 feet and be 50 feet wide on <br />average. Flexibility on wetland buffer widths could be allowable provided <br />restoration of wetlands to higher quality was performed. <br /> <br />5. If any wetland impacts are proposed with this project, a survey for rare, unique, and <br />significant resources should be performed. <br /> <br />6. Allowing for narrower streets to minimize both wetland impacts and impervious <br />surface area could be considered. <br /> <br />7. Storm water pond(s) should be located in close proximity to wetland areas. <br /> <br />8. Storm water pond design should take into account the site’s location in a highly <br />vulnerable area of the Drinking Water Supply Management Area. This may limit <br />infiltration possibilities on the site. <br /> <br />9. Recommend applicant performs a noise study for the site. <br /> <br />Environmental
