CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-134 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />NE DRAINAGE AREA IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Council awarding a construction contract to Jacon, LLC in the <br />amount of $1,010,009.00, on November 9, 2020; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSB has submitted a proposal to complete the construction services for the NE <br />Drainage Area Improvement Project in the amount of $49,878.00; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interests of the city to proceed with <br />the construction oversight and administration, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />Community Development Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute the Construction <br />Services Agreement with WSB. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of November, 2020. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk
