7 <br /> <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement <br /> <br />A Site Improvement Performance Agreement is not required. <br /> <br />Findings of Fact <br /> <br />Council Resolution No. 20-129 details the Conditional Use Permit Findings of Fact. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />The Planning & Zoning Board held a public hearing on October 14, 2020. There was one (1) <br />public comment received as an email in favor of the conditional use permit. The Board felt the <br />applicant should be allowed the maximum 25.0 animal units if an approved MPCA facility <br />management and waste handling plan were in place.
