<br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-162 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE KEYSTONE COMPENSATION CLASSIFICATION <br />SYSTEM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes must comply with the Local Government Pay Equity Act <br />(LGPEA) (M.S. 471.991-471.999); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes desires to attract and retain qualified, professional <br />employees; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes desires to implement a new salary range matrix that <br />supports internal equity and puts the City in a competitive market position; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Keystone Compensation Group, LLC has completed a comprehensive job <br />classification and compensation study, and the results of the study were incorporated into the <br />2021 Budget process and contract negotiations with each of the city’s collective bargaining <br />units. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes that <br />the Keystone Compensation Classification System is hereby adopted and will replace the current <br />Hay Classification System effective January 1, 2021. <br /> <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of December, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Councilmember ________________ and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
