<br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-159 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE POEHLING ADDITION FINAL PLAT <br /> <br />WHEREAS , the City received a land use application for the Poehling Addition Final Plat <br />hereafter referred to as Development; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , City staff has comple ted a review of the proposed Development based on <br />the following plans and information: <br /> <br />• Certificate of Survey and Resource Inventory Map prepared by EG Rud & Sons, <br />Inc. revision date October 28, 2020 <br />• Preliminary Plat prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. revision date October 28, 2020 <br />• Preliminary Grading, Drainage & Erosion Control Plan prepared by EG Rud & <br />Sons, Inc. and Plowe Engineering revision date October 28, 2020 <br />• Tree Inventory/Removals prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. revision date October <br />28, 2020 <br />• Utili ty As -Built Plan prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. and Plowe Engineering <br />revision date October 28, 2020 <br />• CLOMR-F Exhibit prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. revision date October 28, <br />2020 <br />• Landscape Plan prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. revision date October 28, 2020 <br />• Final Plat prepared by EG Rud & Sons, Inc. dated October 23, 2020; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , the City Council the approved the Prelimi nary Plat with Resolution No. 19- <br />146 on November 12, 2019; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and rec ommended approval of the <br />Development on July 8, 2020; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the <br />performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby makes the following: <br /> <br />FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> <br />1. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat subject to the <br />conditions listed below. <br />2. The City Attorney has r eviewed the status of title/property ownership related to the <br />final plat prior to release of the final plat . <br />3. A Development Agreement has been drafted and shall be executed. <br />4. Conditions attached to approval of the preliminary plat have been fulfilled or <br />secured by the Developmen t Agreement.
