CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 20-160 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR POEHLING ADDITION <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for Poehling Addition with Resolution <br />No. 20-159 on December 14, 2020; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City’s subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execut ion <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby a pproves the Development Agreement between Jerome and Mona Poehling and the City <br />of Lino Lakes for Poehling Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of December, 2020. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The follow ing voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br /> <br />
