<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />AGENDA ITEM 6F <br /> <br /> <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: Diane Hankee, City Engineer <br /> <br />MEETING DATE: December 14, 2020 <br /> <br />TOPIC : Consider Resolution No. 20-147, Approving Payment No. 2 and <br />Final, 2020 City Hall Parking Lot Fog Seal Project <br /> <br />VOTE REQUIRED: 3/5 <br /> <br /> <br />IN TRODUCTION <br /> <br />Staff is requesting council action to finalize the 2020 City Hall Parking Lot Fog Seal Project <br />construction contract with Asphalt Surface Technologies Corporation. <br /> <br />BACKGROUND <br /> <br />In April 27 , 2020, the City awarded the 2020 City Hall Parking Lot Fog Seal Project to Asphalt <br />Surface Technologies Corporation in the amount of $19,842.50. <br /> <br />The final contract amount is $19,842.50 of which $3,607.00 remains to be paid to the contractor. <br />This project is funded through the Pavement Management Fund . <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION <br /> <br />Approve Resolution No. 20-147, Approving Payment No. 2 and Final, 2020 City Hall Parking Lot <br />Fog Seal Project in the amount of $3,607.00 to Asphalt Surface Technologies Corporation. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS <br /> <br />1.
