<br />TRANSITION <br />MBM uses a detailed implementation program to ensure a smooth transition for our clients <br />and every transition plan is specifically tailored to each client’s unique situation. By doing <br />so, we seek to eliminate any stress or distraction that can accompany the transition to a <br />new provider. <br />MBM has a core group of experienced department managers from sales, operations, <br />human resources, training, safety, and administration that forms our transition team. The <br />team develops a formal, systematic plan for implementing service agreements by <br />determining action items and assembling the manpower, equipment, and resources <br />necessary for a smooth and efficient transition. <br />Transition Process <br />Through our careful and thorough transition process, we can guarantee that we will be <br />prepared to perform at the highest level from our first day at the account. MBM’s template <br />transition plan is used only as a guide during start-up – we create a customized, detailed <br />plan for each unique facility. The following transition plan is an outline for transitioning <br />that anticipates 45 days’ notice of service start, although MBM can and has started service <br />with less than 45 days’ notice. <br /> <br /> <br />Page 13 of 30
