You already have a trusted, <br />established vendor for restora�on, mi�ga�on, cleanup, storm preparedness, documenta�on, <br />environmental concerns, and disinfec�on services. <br />PRIORITY SERVICE <br />In the event of a large-scale disaster or other emergency event that results in a surge in demand, you <br />will receive priority service as a Five Diamond Member. In order to ensure all of our Five Diamond <br />Members receive priority service, we are limi�ng our membership to 100 clients na�onwide. <br />PERSONALIZED PROGRAM <br />You will be assigned a dedicated representa�ve who will collect informa�on about your facility and <br />establish a chain of command in the event of an emergency, which will decrease down�me following <br />a disaster event and allow us to get to work quickly. <br />PRICE TRANSPARENCY <br />We will annually publish price lists so that you are aware of service costs upfront and not a�er the <br />work is completed. We always provide transparency in our billing and nego�a�ons with insurance <br />companies and consultants. <br />PARTNERSHIP <br />Marsden Restora�on is part of the Marsden Services organiza�on, a na�onwide integrated facility <br />services provider.
