CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21-141 <br /> APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO.2 AND FINAL PAYMENT NO. 16 FOR THE WATER <br /> TOWER NO.3 PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,on August 26, 2019,the City Council awarded the bid for the Water Tower No. 3 <br /> Project to Landmark Structures in the amount of$4,067,000; and <br /> WHEREAS, a complete summary of the project costs and change orders are detailed in Application <br /> for Payment No. 16 (Final) for Water Tower No. 3 and can be found on file at the offices of the City <br /> of Lino Lakes; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that the City <br /> Council hereby approves Change Order No. 2 and authorizes payment of Request No. 16 (Final) in <br /> the amount of$210,452.63. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22°d day of November, 2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> TRL,1, I a vl cl and was duly seconded by Councilmember C a.y e q and upon vote being <br /> taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same: None <br /> Rob erty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Ju ' e Bartell, City Jerk <br />
