The demographics of Lino Lakes has seen significant change in <br />several demographic areas over the last few years. <br />POPULATION <br />The population for Lino Lakes has grown steadily <br />since 2010, resulting in a 10% increase in the <br />population. This continued steady growth will <br />help the community as local companies grow and <br />new companies join the community accessing <br />new employees. It will also affect the need for <br />additional housing and may drive the value of <br />existing housing higher, causing additional strain <br />on housing affordability in the community.
