The current policy encourages a “business casual” attire. Staff <br />is requesting a dress code change to “dress for your day.” We believe the change in dress <br />code will improve employee morale and job satisfaction, which in turn will increase <br />productivity. <br /> <br /> <br />Requested Council Direction <br />Staff is seeking Council direction to move forward with implementing the Personnel <br />Policy modification of section 8.10 - Processional Appearance.
