The project includes realigning the roadway to the signalized intersection . She noted <br /> 92 that the engineering portion of the project would be funded through the Closed Bond Fund and the <br /> 93 rest of the project through future bond proceeds . She reviewed the project planning schedule . <br /> 94 Councilmember Cavegn asked when the project will begin ? Ms . Hankee said staff would hope to <br /> 95 see construction in the 2022 construction season . <br /> 96 Councilmember Stoesz asked about maintaining neighborhood access during construction . Ms . <br /> 97 Hankee explained that access is planned to be maintained but there is also a northern access point . <br /> 98 Councilmember Lyden thanked staff; this should be a huge positive for the City . <br /> 99 Community Development Director Grochala clarified that use of Closed Bond Funds will result in <br /> i oo eventual reimbursement of those funds through bond proceeds . <br /> 1 o i Councilmember Stoesz moved to approve Resolution No . 21 - 111 and Resolution No . 21 - 112 as <br /> 102 presented .
