<br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 21-154 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR THE 2022 EAST SHADOW LAKE DRIVE UTILITY PROJECT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with <br />the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2022 East Shadow Lake Drive Utility Project: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, WSB, the City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br />specifications. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> <br />1. WSB and Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br />improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br />such improvement. <br /> <br />2. City staff is authorized to execute a professional services agreement with WSB and <br />Associate, Inc., in the amount of $22,500.00. <br /> <br /> <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of December, 2021. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />_______________and was duly seconded by Council Member ________________ and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />The following voted against same: <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />________________________ <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
