CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21-154 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR THE 2022 EAST SHADOW LAKE DRIVE UTILITY PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with <br /> the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2022 East Shadow Lake Drive Utility Project: <br /> WHEREAS,WSB,the City Engineer,has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and <br /> specifications. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> 1. WSB and Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement. The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of <br /> such improvement. <br /> 2. City staff is authorized to execute a professional services agreement with WSB and <br /> Associate, Inc., in the amount of$22,500.00. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of December 2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Lyden and was duly seconded by Councilmember Stoesz and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same:None <br /> • k `� <br /> Ro afferty, Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> 9 <br /> Bartell, City Clerk <br />
