CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21-155 <br /> APPROVING PAYMENT NO. 4 AND FINAL FOR THE 2020 SURFACE WATER <br /> MAINTENANCE PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, on December 14, 2020,the City Council passed resolution 20-153, awarding the <br /> contract for the 2020 Surface Water Maintenance Project to Olson's Sewer Service/Olson's <br /> Excavating Services in the amount of$40,304.53; <br /> WHEREAS, a complete summary of costs are detailed in Payment No. 4 (Final)where the final <br /> Base Bid amount for the 2020 Surface Water Maintenance Project was $40,454.53; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Lino Lakes that Payment <br /> Request No. 4 (Final) is approved for a final payment amount of$6,901.81 for the 2020 Surface <br /> Water Maintenance Project. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of December 2021. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Cavegn and was duly seconded by Councilmember Ruhland and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Ruhland, Lyden, Cavegn, Stoesz, Rafferty <br /> The following voted against same:None <br /> RZYkafferty, Nfayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> Jul an e Bartell, Ci y Clerk <br />
