CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 21-156 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> FOR THE 2022 I35E PIPE CROSSING PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council finds that it would be in the best interest of the City to proceed with <br /> the preparation of plans and specifications for the 2022 I35E Pipe Crossing Project: <br /> WHEREAS,WSB,the City Engineer,has submitted a proposal to prepare plans and specifications. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br /> 1. WSB and Associates, Inc., is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. <br /> The engineer shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such <br /> improvement. <br /> 2.
