CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-07 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR MTO PROPERTIES ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the final plat for MTO Properties Addition with <br />Resolution No. 22-06 on January 10, 2022; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Agreement between MTO Properties LLC and the City of <br />Lino Lakes for MTO Properties Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute <br />such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of January, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
