CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO.22-08 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF THE NE 35E AREA <br />MASTER PLAN <br />WHEREAS, the has guided property in the NE quadrant of 35E and Main Street for commercial <br />and industrial land uses; and <br />WHEREAS, transportation, storm water, sanitary sewer and municipal water infrastructure is <br />necessary to facilitate development; and <br />WHEREAS, the City finds that is necessary to evaluate roadway alignment alternatives, establish <br />a regional drainage system, and efficiently serve the area with municipal utilities; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB and Associates has submitted a proposal to prepare a master plan for the area, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the NE 35E Master Plan Study is hereby ordered and WSB and Associates is <br />directed to prepare the study in an amount of $39,500. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of January, 2022. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Rob Rafferty, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
