Belland Farms Final Plat: <br />a. A drainage & utility easement a minimum 1 Oft wide shall be provided <br />over Wetland 1. <br />b. A drainage and utility easement shall be provided over the municipal <br />sanitary sewer and watermain extending to the west lot line on the final <br />plat. <br />10.
