§ 1007.020 SITE AND BUILDING PLAN REVIEW. <br />{(1) �ctect�Purpose. The purpose of this section is to establish Site Plan Review <br />procedures and provides regulations pertaining to the enforcement of site design standards <br />consistent with the requirements of this chapter. All site and building plans for multiple family, <br />commercial, industrial or public/semi-public uses shall require review and approval by the <br />Community Development Department. Relocated structures shall also require a site and building <br />plan review as required by § 1007.046. <br />{74(21 "„„' ra' &ffs�Submittal Requirements. Existing buildings, structures and improvements. <br />5. Easements of record <br />6. Delineated wetland boundary, to include the OHWL of any lakes or DNR waters. <br />7.
