The roadway network has capacity for an additional 233 daily trips generated <br />by the senior housing building. <br />Level of Service <br />Level of Service (LOS) is used to describe the operating conditions and driver delay <br />(measured in seconds) of an intersection. Operations are given letter designations from <br />"A" (best operating conditions) to "F" (worst conditions). <br />City Code Section 1007.020, Site Plan Review and Section 1001.013(2)(c), Premature <br />Subdivision establishes minimum Level Of Service (LOS) requirements. The ordinance <br />states that if the LOS is A or B, the proposed subdivision shall not the degrade the LOS <br />more than one grade. If the LOS is C or D, it shall not degrade the LOS.
