Stormwater Maintenance Agreement <br />A Declaration for Maintenance of Stormwater Facilities related to the private stormwater <br />management facilities is required. <br />Development Agreement <br />A Development Agreement will be drafted by the City as it relates to the NorthPointe 81n <br />Addition final plat. <br />Site Improvement Performance Agreement <br />A Site Improvement Performance Agreement may be required by the City as is relates to <br />the NorthPointe Garden Estates development or the required securities may be collected <br />with the Development Agreement. <br />Declaration of Covenants <br />As required by Resolution No. 14-21, the developer shall record against the property an <br />age -restriction declaration. The applicant has submitted a declaration and it is under <br />review by the City Attorney. <br />Comprehensive Plan <br />Resource Management System <br />The Resource Management System Plan goal of preserving surface water quality is <br />supported by the construction of stormwater management BMP's such as curb, gutter, <br />and stormwater pond. <br />Land Use Plan <br />The Comprehensive Plan guides this property for medium density residential. The <br />proposed independent senior housing building is consistent with residential density land <br />use. <br />Housing Plan <br />The goals and policies of Housing Plan are supported by the independent senior housing <br />building. <br />Transportation Plan <br />Goals of the Transportation Plan are to ensure that street and roads are as safe as possible <br />and to reduce unnecessary traffic.
