Any changes to the <br />plans that are not associated with these comments shall be identified by either a summary in the <br />response or in the plans with a revision cloud or note. <br />Engineering <br />• General <br />The NorthPointe Garden Estates development proposes to create one parcel for an <br />apartment building with 72 units. The apartment building will be accessed from Chestnut <br />Street and is adjacent to 1-35E. The lot is approximately 4.5 acres. <br />The proposed improvements include the 72-unit apartment building, a parking lot, a patio <br />area, storm sewer, site grading, and sanitary and water services. <br />Comments: <br />1. Applicant to show light pole and base locations and location of electric <br />transformer before final plat can be approved. <br />
