CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 22-06 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br /> MTO PROPERTIES ADDITION FINAL PLAT <br /> WHEREAS, the City received a land use application for the MTO Properties Addition <br /> Final Plat hereafter referred to as Development; and <br /> WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed Development based on <br /> the following plans and information: <br /> • MTO Properties-Thrivent Financial Narrative <br /> • Certificate of Survey and Tree Inventory/Removals prepared by EG Rud & Sons <br /> dated November 11, 2021 <br /> • Civil Plan Set prepared by Plowe Engineering, Inc. dated November 19, 2021 <br /> • Architectural Plan Set prepared by Progressive Architecture dated November 12, <br /> 2021 <br /> • Landscape Plan Set prepared by Calyx Design Group received on November 11, <br /> 2021 <br /> • Site Drainage Narrative and Calculation prepared by Plowe Engineering dated <br /> November 5, 2021 <br /> • Soil Borings prepared by Haugo GeoTechnical Services dated November 5, 2021 <br /> • Wetland Delineation Report prepared by Jacobson Environmental, PLLC dated <br /> June 26, 2019 <br /> • Final Plat prepared by EG Rud& Sons received on November 11, 2021; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Rice Lake Estates final plat on March 26, <br /> 1985; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning & Zoning Board reviewed and recommended approval of the <br /> Development on December 13, 2021; and <br /> WHEREAS,the proposed Development is not considered premature and meets the <br /> performance standards of the subdivision and zoning ordinance; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br /> Lakes hereby makes the following: <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT <br /> 1. The final plat substantially conforms to the approved preliminary plat subject to the <br /> conditions listed below. <br /> 2. The City Attorney has reviewed the status of title/property ownership related to the <br /> final plat and provided comments as noted below. <br /> 3. A Development Agreement has been drafted and shall be executed. <br /> 1 <br />
