C I T O F <br />INLAKES <br />Employee Fitness Membership Policy <br />The City of Lino Lakes recognizes the importance of health and wellness. The City will <br />provide a single annual membership to The Rookery Activity Center to all city employees, <br />including full-time, regular part-time, paid -on -call firefighters, and elected officials. <br />This benefit is considered a non-taxable fringe benefit under Internal Revenue Code Section <br />132.2 (No -additional -cost services). <br />Employees are not eligible for a discount on premium fitness classes, personal training, child <br />watch, merchandise, recreation programs, or other premium services. <br />All memberships will be effective for one year from the date of enrollment. Employees will <br />be required to renew their membership on annual basis. <br />In the event an employee resigns or is terminated, the employee's membership will be <br />discontinued as of the employee's resignation/termination date. <br />
