7. The existing pole barn and garage near 635 Main Street shall be removed prior to <br />issuance of a grading permit. <br />i. A demolition permit is required. <br />8. The existing gravel driveway access onto CSAH 14 (Main Street) shall be <br />removed with the issuance of a grading permit. <br />9. Resolution No. 18-70 approving the PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary <br />Plat provides the following flexibilities: <br />a. Reduced minor collector road right-of-way width from 80 feet to 60 feet <br />on Glenwood Street and Haywood Drive. <br />b. Reduced front setback from 40 feet to 30 feet on Glenwood Street and <br />Haywood Drive. <br />c. Reduced paved road surface width from 32 feet to 30 feet (back to back) <br />on cul de sac Hazelwood Court and cul de sac Elwood Court. <br />10. The regulations and performance standards of the R-1, Single Family Residential <br />zoning district will be in effect unless otherwise detailed in Council resolution or <br />Development Agreement. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the Development subject to the following items being addressed prior to release <br />of final plat mylars: <br />1. The Development Agreement shall be approved by the City Council, executed <br />and recorded against the property. <br />2. Final Plat: <br />a. Right of Access shall be proved along CSAH 14. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the Development subject to the following items being addressed prior to <br />issuance of grading permit: <br />1. All comments from the City Engineer Memo dated January 14, 2022 shall be <br />addressed. <br />2. All comments from Environmental Coordinator Memo dated January 14, 2022 <br />shall be addressed. <br />3. All comments from the City Attorney shall be addressed. <br />4. Natures Refuge PUD Development Stage Plan/Preliminary Plat plan set dated <br />January 16, 2020: <br />a. Include revision date <br />b. Include revised Sheet 2, Preliminary Plat & Existing Conditions Index <br />c. Include any RCWD revisions such as wetland buffer areas. <br />d. Include any other revisions required per staff comments <br />5. A copy of the RCWD permit shall be provided to the City. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />approves the Development subject to the following items being addressed prior to <br />issuance of building permits: <br />
