Draft Business Campus District <br />INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS <br />§ 1007.122 BC, BUSINESS CAMPUS DISTRICT. <br />(1) Purpose. The purpose of this section is to provide for multi -use buildings and the <br />establishment of business offices, wholesale showrooms, and related uses in an environment <br />which provides a high level of amenities, including landscaping, preservation of natural features, <br />architectural controls, pedestrian trails, and other features. Where a side or rear lot line in a BC District abuts public road right-of-way or <br />property guided by the comprehensive plan for residential, commercial or a mix of these uses <br />development, a landscape buffer area shall be provided along such side or rear lot line and shall <br />contain landscaping, planting, berming or other effective screening in compliance with <br />§ 1007.043 (17)(f) of this ordinance. <br />(4) Building Requirements. All newly constructed buildings shall meet the following <br />exterior building standards of § 1007.043 (2)(d) of this ordinance. <br />(5) Permitted Uses.
