4. The area devoted to such activity shall not occupy more than 15% of the gross <br />floor area of the building. <br />5. Hours of operation are limited to 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. unless specifically <br />modified by the City Council. <br />6. No directly or indirectly illuminated sign or sign in excess of ten square feet <br />identifying the name of the business shall be visible from the outside of the building. <br />7. No signs or posters of any type advertising products for sale or services shall be <br />visible from the outside of the building. <br />(8) Uses by Administrative Permit. Subject to applicable provisions of this ordinance, the <br />following uses are allowed by administrative permit, as may be approved by the Zoning <br />Administrator: <br />(a) Personal wireless service antennas as secondary uses as regulated by § 1007.054 of <br />this ordinance. <br />(b) Telecommunication towers as regulated by § 1007.054 of this ordinance. <br />(c) Temporary mobile towers as regulated by § 1007.054 of this ordinance. <br />(d) Essential Services as regulated by § 1007.064 of this ordinance. <br />(e) Open Air Markets. <br />(f) Transient Merchants. <br />(g) Accessory outdoor dining or seating facilities intended for consumption of food or <br />beverages purchased on site, provided that requirements of § 1007.055 are met. <br />(9) Interim Uses. Subject to applicable provisions of this ordinance, the following are <br />interim uses in the BC District and are governed by § 1007.017 of this ordinance: <br />(a) Dirt/Gravel Stockpile and Mining Operations as regulated by § 1007.051 of this <br />ordinance. <br />(b) Temporary Batch Plants. <br />
