Draft High Density Residential and Commercial District <br />§ 1007.096 R-5, HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL DISTRICT. <br />(1) Purpose. The purpose of this district is to provide a setting for multiple family housing <br />and commercial in areas that have good thoroughfare access. Land to be zoned R-5 shall be in the <br />Planned Residential/Commercial land use category according to the comprehensive plan. Principal buildings shall be a <br />minimum of 35 feet from any land guided for low density residential. <br />(b) Buffer. Where a side or rear lot line abuts land guided for low density residential, a <br />collector street, or an arterial street a fifteen (15) foot wide buffer shall be provided in accordance <br />with § 1007.043 (17). <br />(3) Building Design Standards. <br />(a) Floor Area.
