CITY OF LINO LAKES <br /> RESOLUTION NO.22-17 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br /> FOR NORTHPOINTE 8TH ADDITION <br /> WHEREAS,the City Council approved the NorthPointe 8th Addition PUD Final Plan/Final Plat <br /> with Resolution No. 22-16 on February 14,2022; and <br /> WHEREAS,the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br /> of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br /> hereby approves the Development Agreement between Lino Lakes 72, LLC and the City of Lino <br /> Lakes for NorthPointe 8th Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such <br /> agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of February, 2022. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Councilmember <br /> Stoesz and was duly seconded by Councilmember Lyden and upon vote being taken thereon,the <br /> following voted in favor thereof.
